01Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us and a small amount of technical information needed to run the site.

• Contact details you submit in our forms: name, email address, phone number (optional) and website address.
• Details about your project or request, such as services of interest, budget, timeline, keywords, competitors and any message you write.
• Your consent choice and whether you have unlocked our free SEO tools (stored in your browser — see our Cookie Policy).
• Our server briefly uses your IP address to limit abusive or automated form submissions. We do not store it with your lead record.

02How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver a free SEO analysis you request.
• To give you access to our free SEO tools.
• To contact you about our services, where you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

03Consent and legal basis

We collect and use personal information with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect anything we did before.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes those messages under its own terms and privacy policy; we use your number and messages only to reply to you.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business — for example website hosting and infrastructure, email, and team notification tools — under obligations to protect it, or where required by law.

05Storing and transferring information

Because we have offices in Canada and the United States, and use hosting providers that may operate in either country or elsewhere, your information may be stored and processed outside your province, state or country, where different privacy laws may apply.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond and manage a possible client relationship — normally up to 24 months after our last contact — unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

07Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access-controlled storage and limited access to lead records. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time.
• California residents: know what we collect, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
• Complain to a privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the BC Information and Privacy Commissioner, or the California Attorney General.

09Marketing emails

We only send commercial messages with your consent, identify ourselves in every message, and include an easy way to unsubscribe. Replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us stops them.

10Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed (September 21, 2026).
