A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us and is valid for the period stated in it. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement.

06Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, code and branding belong to Cloud9 or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Ownership of deliverables created for you is described in your service agreement.

Client names, links and website screenshots in our portfolio are shown with the client’s permission.

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

08Disclaimer and limits of liability
